My Story

My Background

Morgan is the daughter of David and Mitzi and has a brother Dylan.  Morgan was diagnosed In July 2010 at the age of 7 with sclerosing rhabdomyosarcoma, or rhabdo.  Morgan fought valiantly for almost five years, before she was healed eternally April 3, 2015, three days before Easter.  


Morgan was a daughter, a sister, a granddaughter, a cousin, a niece, and a friend of many.  She was an athlete, a runner, a gymnast, an artist, an animal lover, a singer,  and a child of the King. She is forever missed, but we will see her again one day.


The last drawing Morgan made was a heart of many colors.  It is "Morgan's Mark", and it is a reminder to Love God, Love Others.  Matthew 26:37-39 states, " Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.   Morgan left her mark on us.  What will your mark be?
